Donate to Support the William D. Ginn Conservation Scholarship

Announcing the creation of the William D. Ginn Conservation Scholarship, an annual $2,500 scholarship to be awarded to a graduating Geauga County high school senior pursuing studies in environmental science, conservation, natural resources, ecology, wildlife biology, sustainability, or a related field.

The Foundation for Geauga Parks is honored to recognize the enduring legacy of William D. Ginn, whose vision, leadership, and service helped shape the framework of what this organization is today.

This scholarship honors Bill Ginn’s extraordinary commitment to conservation, civic service, and the protection of the natural world. As one of the founders who helped incorporate the Foundation, he gave early structure and purpose to an organization dedicated to parks, conservation, education, and Geauga County’s natural spaces—leaving a legacy of generosity, stewardship, and lasting community impact.
