Having grown up in Colorado, Christine developed an early mindset toward conservation and the preservation of nature and natural resources. She earned her B.S. from the University of Colorado before moving to Ohio as an adult, where she fell in love with its people and lush landscape. Christine brings 15 years experience as Chief Operating Officer in both corporate industry and nonprofit organizations, giving her a strong foundation in leadership, strategy, and mission-driven operations. She considers it a privilege to be part of a team helping to build a legacy for all generations and inspiring youth to appreciate nature.

Christine and her husband, Matt, live in South Russell. They were blessed to raise two boys there, the oldest having married and gifted them with a grandson in March 2025, all of whom also call Geauga County home!

Erin joins the Foundation with a sincere interest in the outdoors having grown up in rural Pennsylvania among the trees and streams of her family’s forest. She has extensive experience as a business analyst having worked for environmental consulting firms and local companies. Erin is a Penn State University graduate with a B.S. in Environmental and Renewable Resource Economics. She resides with her family in Chesterland and engages in numerous volunteer activities for West Geauga Schools and youth sports. When she is not working or volunteering, you will often find Erin cheering for her kids on various sports fields or participating in Geauga Park programs with (or without) her children.

A lifelong Ohio resident, Allyson loves to spend time outdoors in parks or landscaping and gardening. A graduate of Bowling Green State University, she has worked in Marketing and Product Management for more than 20 years in the manufacturing, education and non-profit sectors. She is excited to get to apply her skills to Foundation work. Allyson and her family reside in Summit County.

Chrissy is a graduate of the University of Findlay and has more than 20 years of accounting experience in both for-profit and non-profit entities. Her pasttimes include cooking, reading and watching her sons’ sporting events. Chrissy and her family live in Aurora, OH.
