President of Lubrizol Additives Americas, Keith returns to the board after serving two prior terms. He brings strengths in administration, management, fundraising, and event support. Keith is also active with Boy Scout Troop 99.

Recently retired after a 30-year career in environmental and safety management, Carl brings expertise in biology and environmental sciences. Carl is also active with EdFOCUS and Habitat for Humanity and enjoys hiking and fishing in Geauga County parks.

Currently serving as Vice President of Intelligence Operations and Collection Strategy at Babel Street, Liz has more than 15 years of experience in open-source data and intelligence. A trail runner and certified yoga teacher, she also serves on the board of West Side Catholic Center.

An attorney with Roetzel & Andress, Mark brings nearly 30 years of nonprofit experience. He is active on the boards of Prevent Blindness, Cascade Capital Corporation and Growth Capital Corporation. Mark enjoys exploring Northeast Ohio parks.

A Munson Township Trustee for 20 years, Andy is a retired Progressive Insurance actuary with a 38 year career. Andy also serves on the boards of Ravenwood Health and NextStep. He and his wife spend much of their free time outdoors with their horse and dog.

Chuck is the Operations Manager at Cleveland Crushr, a green solutions provider for solid waste streams. Chuck is also a Landscape Architect with a deep respect for nature and a recent graduate of Leadership Geauga.

Mark is a Lead Data Analyst with Medical Mutual of Ohio, serves as a Trustee for Family Pride of Northeast Ohio, and is involved with Leadership Geauga. on multiple nonprofit boards. He is passionate about sustaining and preserving Geauga County’s natural areas.

A documentary film producer at In the Bubble Productions, Engelina’s most recent project is Hiking through Grief, a film that explores nature's role in healing. She also spent 14 years with the Chagrin Documentary Film Festival and is an event professional. A long-time resident of Geauga County, Engelina serves on several boards and enjoys hiking, swimming, and outdoor activities.

A retired Cleveland State University professor of marketing and business strategy, Bill has volunteered with several nonprofits including Hope for Kids, the American Red Cross, Malachi House and the United Way. He and his wife live in Novelty and enjoy sailing, golf, and tennis.

A certified executive coach, Monica works with c-suite and senior leaders to address competing priorities, navigate complex decisions and amplify their impact, as well as manage career transitions.  She also mentors college students through Marquette University where she previously served as president of the Alumni Association. Monica is an avid hiker and equestrian.

A longtime Geauga County resident and retired Operations Manager, Marcia has experience in the media production industry and in nonprofit economic development at Geauga Growth Partnership. She is active with local genealogical and library foundations and is an avid cyclist and hiker.

David Patterson of Patterson Fruit Farm is a 6th generation fruit grower in Geauga County. He is an advocate for land conservation, education, and support for naturalist programming. David joined the board in 2025 and brings extensive experience and a long history with Geauga County.

Jodi is a Registered Veterinary Technician and Veterinary Clinic Manager. She joined the board in 2025 and brings a passion for creating strong relationships and preserving the county’s natural beauty. A proud resident of Geauga County, Jodi enjoys life with her family and pets.

Eric is the Chief Product Officer for TPA Stream, a software service organization. Eric offers expertise in technology and strategic planning. He lives in Newbury Township with his family and enjoys exploring local parks.

Richard Frenchie has served on the Foundation board for seven years, the last five as President. He has a passion for education, health care and philanthropy, and has served as a Director on boards of many organizations that benefit Geauga County and Ohio. Richard lives in Chagrin Falls.
