Foundation raises more than $50K for nature initiatives at Twilight Untamed

The Foundation for Geauga Parks fundraiser, Twilight Untamed, raised $51,439 for nature education, park and trail improvement and habitat preservation in Geauga County.

The fundraiser was held at Schoolyard Studio in Burton on September 20, 2025. The event featured small bites, wine and local craft beer, live music from Southbound, a silent auction, raffle and bourbon pull. A cloudy evening precluded stargazing with the Chagrin Valley Astronomical Society.

Silver sponsors included Burton Station Fixture and Knuth's, and Bronze Sponsors included Patterson Fruit Farm, The Middlefield Banking Company, Michael Moskal - mgo | OneSeven, and Linda L. Brown PhD. Dozens of in-kind sponsors contributed to the success of the event.
