About the event

Join retired Naturalist Dan Best as we seek out signs left by winter-active wildlife like  deer, cottontails, muskrat, beaver, mink and otters. As we walk the woods, fields and banks of the Upper Cuyahoga River, we’ll also be on the lookout for bird, mammal and insect evidence from other seasons revealed on winter’s leafless landscape.

DETAILS:

  • Meet in the picnic area parking lot.

  • Dress warmly and wear waterproof footwear.

  • No pets this time since we're looking for animal tracks.

  • Limited to 30 people.
